Often the protagonist of luxurious locations and environments furnished in a decidedly elegant way, Guatemala green marble is mainly used to create interior coverings.
What distinguishes it from other types of marble is its particular intense and magnetic green colour, crossed by white veins which give a particular luminosity to the slabs.

This type of marble is an extremely valuable material.
It is an emerald green or more often dark green marble, characterized by the strong presence of the serpentine mining group, that is, a metamorphic rock in which most of the mineral components have been transformed into a compound of phyllosilicates, produced by the transformation of pyroxene by serpentinization of peridotite.
