Among Miami’s skyscrapers, a unique open-space apartment stands out, suspended in the clouds and surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces that offer views of the surrounding natural beauty.
The living space is characterized by its neutral tones and finishes, creating fascinating contrasts between dark and light tones. The Onno table, with its elegant Calacatta marble top and matte mocha wood base, harmonizes perfectly with the Linda chairs, with their refined light fabric upholstery and dark metal legs.
In the living room, the large Matheus corner sofa offers a full view of the surrounding landscape and is flanked by two Brera armchairs upholstered in an elegant bouclé fabric, contributing to the harmony of the room.
The choice of materials for this project was influenced by the desire to blend in with the surroundings and create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The use of light-colored parquet throughout the apartment helps to maintain a sense of continuity and coziness. This contrasts beautifully with the use of marble in the kitchen and on the tables, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall design.

The kitchen is highlighted by a spacious one-piece island clad in elegant Grey Stone. Luxury and sophistication are underscored by the use of Calacatta marble for the round Wave tabletop, which contrasts with the island.
The Chia chairs, with their minimalist design, were specially selected so as not to obstruct the view of the table’s base, thus enhancing the beauty and design of the table itself.
The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining on sunny days. Here, a bespoke dining table, the Break, perfectly matches the height of the comfortable Joy Nest swivel chairs. The tabletop is ceramic rather than marble for greater weather resistance.

One of the distinctive features of this apartment is the perimeter terraces that wrap around almost the entire building.
The architects envisioned a second outdoor living room with several seating areas, including Atacama sofas and a spacious composition with elements of the Sahara sofa. The choice of bright colors helps to create a fascinating contrast with the striking surrounding landscape.
The bedroom is designed as a true sanctuary of serenity, where warm tones envelop the Dexter bed and Sign armchairs. A large window allows an abundance of natural light to flood the space, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment, ideal for retreating and rejuvenating after a long day in the hustle and bustle of the city.
